Adaptive preparation for the IC&RC Alcohol and Drug Counselor
examination — 211 concepts tested four different ways.
Common questions
- Do I need an account?
-
No. The app opens straight into studying and saves your progress on the
device. Sign in only when you want that progress to follow you to
another device — your guest progress carries over when you do.
- How do I delete my account and data?
-
Tap the account button in the top bar, then
Delete account and data, then confirm. This removes
your study record and sign-in permanently.
- Does it work offline?
-
Yes. The full question bank ships inside the app and your answers are
saved locally, then synced the next time you have a connection.
- What do the four study modes mean?
-
Recognition asks whether you can pick the concept out of a list. Recall
asks you to produce it with no cues. Explain asks you to teach it in
your own words. Apply puts it inside a realistic scenario. Passing a
recognition item is not treated as mastery — the mastery map tracks each
mode separately so you can see where memory stops transferring.
- Are these real exam questions?
-
No. Every prompt is original and written against the published IC&RC
content outline. The real examination is protected and is not
reproduced here. For final calibration, use the official practice exam
from IC&RC.
- Is this affiliated with IC&RC?
-
No. ADC Focus Lab is an independent study aid from The La Ziza Group
LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IC&RC or any
certification board.
- Is the clinical content medical advice?
-
No. It is exam-preparation material. Always follow current law, your
supervisor, your agency's policy, and official source material in
practice.
